Cancelation Policies

Cancelations made 24 hours or more prior to appointment can receive a refund or account credit upon email request. Cancelations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment can use account credit upon email request. No-shows cannot receive refund or account credit. Email requests can be sent to hello@vitalqi.com.

Vital Qi Events

Payments are processed prior to the event. Our event cancellation policy is:

• 48 hours or more prior to event: Full refund

• Within 48 hours of event: Credit to future event

• No show: No refund
