Vital Qi awards a limited number of payment assistance packages to be used toward treatments at our Robinson Street Clinic. These packages are need-based and will be distributed on a quarterly basis.

The payment assistance program awards a limited number of reduced-cost acupuncture treatments based on need. We started this program to bring Vital Qi toward alignment with our mission of making acupuncture more accessible by lowering traditional barriers such as cost, location and availability.

Applicants will be notified of their status and any potential assistance by the first day of each quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st). Applications must be submitted prior the dates listed to be considered for the upcoming quarter.

Payment assistance is intended to support individuals in our community who seek the benefits of acupuncture but for whom cost of treatment is a barrier.

If you qualify for payment assistance, you will be awarded 6 community acupuncture treatments at the at a 50% discount. Treatments must be used within three months and do not roll over. Payment assistance recipients must re-apply at the beginning of each quarter to continue receiving payment assistance.

The next round of payment assistance packages will be distributed July 1st, 2024. Applications must be submitted by June 15th to be considered for the next distribution. We will review all requests and notify applicants by June 22nd.
