Sound Bath Meditation: During the acupuncture, immerse yourself in a sound bath led by Elise Kindya. Utilizing traditional bowl and chime instruments, Elise will create soothing, echoing sounds designed to reduce stress, fatigue, and symptoms of depression.
Preparation:
Attire: Wear comfortable clothing to allow for ease during the session.
Setting: Participants will recline on comfortable cushions in a serene environment, facilitating a state of deep relaxation.

Meet Your Acupuncturist
Nancy Talley is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist, licensed by the Virginia State Board of Medicine, and is dedicated to serving the communities of Fredericksburg and Richmond. She received her Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine and will be completing her Doctorate in Acupuncture mid 2025 to further deepen her clinical skills and knowledge in orthopedics, reproductive health and cancer care.
Meet Your Sound Healer
Elise Kindya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice in Richmond, VA. Her passion is in helping people reclaim their lives from trauma by holding a safe therapeutic space for her clients. Elise uses different modalities in her work, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, is a Master Reiki Practitioner and has started incorporating sound baths into these experiential sessions.
