Join us Friday, January 26th from 7:00pm- 8:15pm for Acupuncture and Yoga Nidra at Humble Haven Yoga. Enjoy a guided yoga nidra session, offered by Margo Buchanan Tacey of Humble Haven, accompanied by auricular acupuncture provided by Elizabeth Fuqua of Vital Qi.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, and bring any props with you to support rest during the 75-minute session.
Suggestion for props include: yoga mat, blanket(s), and pillow(s).
