Join us for an auricular acupuncture treatment focused on rebalancing the body and mind. Enjoy a live sound bath during your rest period. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any additional comfort items such as pillows or bolsters to support your rest.

About Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture:
Auricular acupuncture is a diagnostic and treatment system based on harmonizing the body through stimulation of points on the ear. During the treatment, small, sterile needles are placed on the outer ear which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, creating a calming effect.


Meet Your Acupuncturists

Elizabeth Fuqua is a Nationally Board Certified and state certified acupuncturist. She practices acupuncture both one-on-one in her private office on Patterson Avenue and in group settings through the Richmond-based community acupuncture practice, Vital Qi. Elizabeth is also a life-long movement enthusiast and passionate about sharing the benefits of acupuncture as a pathway for physical recovery, mental clarity, and stress relief.

Elena Gomez is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist, licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the College of William and Mary before achieving a Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine.


Meet Your Sound Healer

Elise Kindya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice in Richmond, VA. Her passion is in helping people reclaim their lives from trauma by holding a safe therapeutic space for her clients. Elise uses different modalities in her work, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, is a Master Reiki Practitioner and has started incorporating sound baths into these experiential sessions. You can find Elise on IG: @elisekindya, on her podcast "Returning Home",  in her office in Carytown, snuggling her dogs on the couch or taking a self-care day.
